This was the third law school student association event hosted by COSAL and was a huge success with 80+ law students from four different law schools in attendance. COSAL members, several of which were GW alums, joined us.

Law360 covered COSAL’s filing of an amicus brief in the Third Circuit in the Atlantic City Hotels algorithmic price-fixing case.

The brief argues that the lower court’s order misapplied the law and threatens to chill private enforcement of the antitrust laws.
